Overage is simple and predictable — flat per-conversation and per-minute rates on Basic, Growth, and Scale, with custom rates on Enterprise. Exact rates are shared after your demo. You're only charged for what you actually use, and we notify you as you approach your limit.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. Upgrades are prorated to the day, and unused credit from a higher plan rolls over when you downgrade. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.

Yes. Annual plans save 20% off monthly pricing — the toggle on the plan cards shows the discount. Annual plans are billed upfront and come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
